Progressing toward your goals...

One thing that's NOT as well known, or gets underestimated… is the role protein has in FAT LOSS (not JUST weight loss…) and the huge impact it can have on our results as we lean out…


 Usually, when people think about protein... they think about packing on muscle and recovering after their workouts.
And while protein is VERY important for that...


It can also play a crucial role in determining whether or not we'll actually make progress and achieve our goals this year!

Walking and your brain...

Forget CrossFit and high-intensity interval training; walking is America’s most popular form of exercise. Today, more than 145 million people include it as part of a physically active lifestyle, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.


And the numbers continue to rise: Recreational walking has surpassed pre-pandemic levels. The activity brings many known benefits: weight loss, heart health and lower blood sugar. But lately, scientists are discovering much more.


A Stanford study of 176 adults found that walking boosted creativity by 60%. Another study, published in Frontiers in Public Health, linked bipedalism and brain power, making the argument that walking and the development of the human brain are profoundly interlinked.


A quick walk around the block may be more powerful than you think. The evidence is mounting for exercise’s mood-boosting benefits I posted about this earlier but it bares repeating. The mood boosting benefits aid in boosting how much you can learn! That quick walk to the water cooler or a set of body Weight squats can boost creativity and make you more productive throughout the rest of the day.


Here at Themightymiracleman we are happy this shift is occurring. We LOVE physical activity and it’s good to see more research on the benefits of exercise. We believe that TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE IMPATIENT!!! It’s not your fault, with the social media world we live in, human attention span has decreased to…


LESS THAN A FREAKING GOLDFISH!!! But all hope is NOT lost. You have to train your mind. It’s part of Themightymiracleman method we teach! You have to TRUST THE PROCESS!! Rome wasn’t built in a day as the saying goes. Things ALWAYS workout in the end. If they haven’t, it’s not the end… But SOMETIMES it works out differently than we had thought. Example:


My car accident. Do you think I EXPECTED to have the car malfunction and almost die? Do you think I EXPECTED to have to relearn quite literally EVERYTHING?! When I was in the hospitals, do you think I EXPECTED to go back to college and get MULTIPLE degrees?! How about losing my ability to become a neurosurgeon? Or having my voice messed up?


What’s crazy is EVEN THOUGH all those bad things happened, God used them to develop me into the CHAMPION I am now. If I had just given up, I would NOT be where I am now. I’m finally out on my own, going to medical school (physical therapists are doctors), and running my own company!!


Just because things aren’t happening how YOU expected, doesn’t mean you should quit… God is working ALL things together for your good. Remember that!! NEVER give up, NEVER say never, and God will bring you through!! Just TRUST THE PROCESS!!
