Tut, tut… WHAT?!


Slowing down the tempo of weight lifting, known as time under tension (TUT), can increase muscle gain by engaging muscles for a longer duration during each repetition. This stimulates muscle fibers more effectively and promotes hypertrophy, or muscle growth.
