IS THE GRASS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE?!

Is the grass really greener on the other side?!
As humans, we often compare ourselves to others. We look at someone else and think they are doing great. We compare our journey with theirs not realizing that we may just be starting out while they have been at it for DECADES…

As Sean Cannell, YouTube strategist and entrepreneur, always says “don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle.” Everyone always tries to paint their lives as awesome in the world of social media. We don’t get to see the struggle and that’s a shame. We’re comparing ourselves to a different part of someone’s journey when we DON’T see all the crap they have went through…

Take the journey of EVERYONE I’ve interviewed or even just spoken to who’s a “raging success”. They will all tell you that they have gone through some of the most challenging times in life and flirted with the idea of giving up. Even Job from The Bible was told to just “curse God and die!!” You want to know the secret of success?!

DON’T GIVE UP!! We ALL have struggles in this life. Sometimes no one knows about them either because we’re trained to only show the good parts. That’s a shame because there’s beauty and power in the struggle. Someone else is probably going through a similar situation and you can encourage them with your story.

I won’t say that I’ve “overcome” my traumatic brain injury because I still have, and will always have, struggles. That’s the thing though, we ALL have our cross to bear. Back to the opening question, “Is the grass really greener on the other side?!” I think that’s a silly question. The grass will be greener WHERE YOU WATER IT!!

I can help you through just about anything because I’ve gone through just about everything so I know how to get through it. As humans we have a BAD habit of comparing ourselves to others when we DON’T know their struggles. If you want help PLEASE reach out to me and I WILL help you build an indomitable mindset! 😎 Just hit the "message us" button!!
