7 exercises, 4 rounds — because it’s the 4th of July!

🔥 Warm-Up (5 min)

* 20 Jumping Jacks
* 10 Bodyweight Squats
* 10 Arm Circles (forward & backward)
* 10 Lunges
* 30 sec High Knees

---

🎇 The Freedom Circuit

**Complete 4 rounds of the following:**

1️⃣ **Stars & Stripes Squats (Bodyweight or Dumbbells)** — 12 reps
2️⃣ **Firecracker Push-Ups (Standard or Modified)** — 12 reps
3️⃣ **Liberty Lunges (Alternating Legs)** — 12 reps each leg
4️⃣ **Patriot Press (Overhead Dumbbell Press)** — 12 reps
5️⃣ **Rocket Rows (Bent Over Dumbbell Rows)** — 12 reps
6️⃣ **Independence Burpees** — 7 reps
7️⃣ **Freedom Flutter Kicks (Core)** — 30 seconds

💣 Finisher: (If you're up to the challenge)

**"1776 Challenge"**
(As fast as possible — honoring the year of independence)

* 17 Mountain Climbers
* 76 Jump Rope Turns (or simulated jumps)

🧊 Cool Down (Stretch for 5 minutes)

* Hamstring Stretch
* Quad Stretch
* Shoulder Stretch
* Deep Breathing
