I want to help you establish healthy training habits. You see that with all top athletes that establishing routines and habits is the key to making long term gains. The same is even more true for regular everyday athletes or the disabled folks who have all the additional distractions and stress of life and work. Because I still want to help, I'm going to try to post once a month.
And if you’re disabled, you have EXTRA considerations! A big part of training properly is having the right hydration for short workouts and the right energy fuels for longer workouts. Having a bottle of hydration ready to go and supply of bars, gels, or chews ready to grab will let you go harder in each workout and finish stronger so you are prepared for the rest of your day.
