1. Thinking they need to be perfect.


Just start NOW!!! Start messy and make mistakes. Perfect usually results in failure  because it’s just not possible and it's just not needed.




2. Not trusting the process.


Fat loss can be boring & monotonous and there is no magic formula or silver bullet to success. (As much as we all wish there was…) I will do my best to help you “embrace the suck!”




3. Patience.


Rome WASN’T built in a day and you aren’t gonna drop that COVID 20 in a week.
