3 tips if you feel stuck

Even the brightest and most dedicated people find themselves underperforming sometimes. When you are in such a situation, the first thing is to realize that it is NOT permanent and you CAN get out of it. Most people who are in such circumstances are stuck in a rut and don’t know WHAT they can do to get out.


1. Adopt positive thinking
If you aren’t getting the results you desire, it is human to feel disappointed. You might start thinking that you made the wrong decision by even trying to get in shape. When NOTHING seems to work for you, you can easily fall into depression or start feeling defeated. The first step towards getting in shape is to turn the negativity in your mind into positivity. Accept that the shape you’re in NOW isn’t what you were aiming for, but it doesn’t define you.




2. Determine where you are falling short
You need to figure out where you go wrong before taking any action. Themightymiracleman can help you determine your next steps. Make sure that your workspace is tidy and that all your notebooks and work materials are organized. Look into your time management habits. Schedule EVERYTHING!! Even if it’s just a rough schedule like setting aside and blocking “work Time” and “fun time”. Also, allocate extra time for the areas you are not doing well such as family time or nurturing your current relationships.
