I'm beyond excited! I am almost done with undergrad and I have actually learned a lot! I am now basically an expert at making the time to be active and eat healthy! It all comes down to eating whole, minimally processed foods and multitasking. That may be hard for some of you but it’s far from impossible! You just have to practice!
