Incorporating physical fitness into your life

There are many individual components of physical fitness but they all fit into a few categories. These include nutrition, training, and motivation. I will delve into how to incorporate these elements into a busy schedule, as many people have.
The most important aspect of a fitness lifestyle is, in my opinion, nutrition. There has been so much confusion about this particular aspect that it’s hard to know what’s sound nutrition advice. I would argue that a person should do whatever nutrition plan fits their lifestyle. I eat around 6 or 7 small meals a day to keep my body anabolic. Some people find that intermittent fasting works well with their lifestyle. The main thing is to eat high-quality food and make sure to get adequate protein.
The next component is training. I get my plans from bodybuilding.com but I recommend getting a good personal trainer if you’ re just starting your journey. They can help create a training program that’ s tailored to both your schedule and ability. I have found that the most effective programs are 6 days a week with a rest day. This rest day doesn’t have to be a sit still day though. I recommend active rest where you are moving but not lifting weights. This gives your tendons and ligaments much needed recovery time.
The final component I focus on is motivation. Motivation is a personal thing that each person needs to find. Some people do it for the “oh my… you got hot” from other people. Others do it to feel good about themselves. Whatever the reason, it is best to have an internalized source. But an external source of motivation works too. Many people find pictures of their dream body and post them in conspicuous spots. This is external motivation. Internal motivation would be the desire to feel better and be healthier.
