🥵 isn’t it great how a nice cold drink of water tastes after running hills (like this morning) or just being outside for a few hours.
It's refreshing, satisfying, and many of us know it's "good for us" ... but outside of a hot workout, do we actually drink enough water?! 


We all know how it’s important part of a healthy lifestyle ... looking & feeling the way we want to ... and can even help with fat loss!
But when we don't drink enough water on a consistent basis...
It can slow our progress, lead to fatigue & low energy levels, and even decrease our performance in (and out) of the gym.
